WESTJET V.S. AIR CANADA

According to 'macleans.ca' On March 31st, 2009 WestJet Airlines announced an exciting and new promotion that would guarantee a price for a ticket even though the purchase is made the following week. This promotion was so beneficial for WestJet because it will gain customer satisfaction.

Air Canada Airlines have had file for bankruptcy two times in the past five years. WestJet is succeeding when it comes to over powering it's competition. Last Christmas Air Canada Airlines, after a snow storm resulted in many delays and cancellations leaving passengers to wait for hours. WestJet has picked up on this information and decided to enroll a process that if any flight becomes delayed for 90 minutes, passengers given opportunity to leave boarding doors and to wait in the lounge until flight is ready for departure, WestJet  is trying to accommodate it's passengers better according to inconveniences unlike Air Canada. WestJet is trying to crush Air Canada Airlines.
